Virtual Meeting

We are pleased to offer virtual appointments for any property in Alberta.

Step 1:

Complete our on-line intake form and identify that you would like a virtual appointment.

Step 2:

Complete our Two-Way Conference Waiver and update copies of your ID.

Step 3:

We email documents for you to print single-sided (you must have access to a printer).

Step 4:

We set-up a video conference call to review and sign documents with you.

Step 5:

You courier the original documents to our office.

It’s that simple and can take as long or as short of an appointment as you like.

We can assist you from any location in Canada.  Some restrictions apply if you are out of the country (depending on your mortgage lender).

If you are a couple and in separate locations, we can assist with this situation as well.
